June 16-23, 2010 at Hastings College
The Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation President selects and coordinates the master teachers and their diverse study topics for this unique continuing education event. The weeklong event is held at Hastings College where campus staff graciously assist participants and help schedule local activities.
The Presbyterian college campus was founded in 1882 and is located in Hastings, Nebraska, which has a population of 20,000 people.
Hastings is about 150 miles west of Omaha and about 20 miles south of Grand Island and Interstate 80 along Highway 281.

Eligibility for Participation
Clergy currently serving the Presbyterian Church (USA) in some capacity in one of these states: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Commissioned Lay Pastors (CLPs) serving a Presbyterian congregation in one of these states are also encouraged to register.
Selection of Participants
Presbyterian clergy or clergy serving a Presbyterian church in the 13 states listed above are eligible. Pastors who have not previously attended will receive priority for acceptance and scholarship. Others are selected according to a ranking based on their last year of attendance. Priority is given to pastors in active service.
Spouses
Accommodations will be provided for couples only where both husband and wife are serving the Presbyterian Church (USA) and both applications are accepted.
Accommodations
Food, lodging, bedding and towels will be provided without charge to the participants. Lodging will be in modern, air-conditioned dormitories with two persons to a room. Private rooms are available for an extra charge.
The Hastings College campus is non-smoking and no alcohol is permitted.
Use of the campus pool, fitness center, tennis courts and library are available to participants. Area golf courses are available for an additional fee.
Participant Travel
Travel costs are the responsibilities of each participant. However, the Foundation will consider reimbursement for travel expenses on a hardship basis, if a written application is made and submitted prior to June 1st.
